How to book

  1. Register your interest and choose Sponsoring. We'll send you the full sponsorship package and talk through your preferred tier and any add-ons.
  2. We confirm availability and send an agreement and invoice.
  3. Your spot is held once the agreement is signed. Payment is due within 30 days.

Book by January 31, 2027

Sponsors who commit by then are recognized as founding supporters in all event materials.
